Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites

Very nice looking hotel, it really stands out next to the competition with the logs. I am enjoying to spa suite 180 ish per night. The kids pool is amazing and adults enjoy it as well. Beautiful floor in the suite. Work out area. The front desk lady was amazing. Great so far, I will update at breakfast. Maybe . . . If I remember

Rooms were clean, serviceable, and comfortable. I had no issues with other guests, even with many families staying here. The room was large with plenty of space. For context, this is a reflection of the King room with jetted tub. The bathroom was very clean, unlike some hotels. The only criticism I have is a preference for higher shower pressure and softer towels. The towels were very clean and in great condition, but if you prefer very soft towels, you might want to bring a couple of your own. They also include an anti-slip mat for the shower. Thankfully, the room has plenty of outlets around the room, something that seems hard to find in most hotels. The pool is family friendly with the deepest point being 3.5ft. There are a couple of slides, mounted water guns near a sort of pool obstacle course, and auto-filling splash buckets overhead. The towel rack was well-stocked and the entire pool area is well-kept. The hot tub (3ft) was a nice addition to the pool area, which closes at 9pm.

I’m mainly disappointed in the room. The picture had wood flooring, our room had gross carpet. The room was clean which is top notch. The pool area was also nicely clean. Staff could have been a bit more pleasant…but over all it was a good stay.

Kids loved the pool area! There was a decent selection of food for breakfast (I usually take photos but the area was flooded with people). Have nothing negative to say about our stay and it was a nicely decorated location conveniently located near food and a gas station. Did not hear any traffic noise from room, but could hear the kids playing in the pool during pool hours.

From front desk to housekeeping to breakfast attendant were all really great. They all were friendly, helpful and doing a great job. Rooms were clean and spacious. Was stocked with everything we needed. Pool was so much fun our little two year old loved it. Good amount of towels and even other guests there were all super nice and all the unsupervised kids were well behaved and cautious of the little ones there. Breakfast was the best always stocked great selection so many choices and kept clean. Love they have fresh cookies after 6pm in lobby. Best choice for a family stay or even business. It is also decored like Montana so a huge plus.

I was in town for a conference that took place out on Shiloh Rd though there were other hotels closer I was glad with the choice I made. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of fare. The pool/ hot tub was nice. The pool is more suited for the traveling family with a couple slides and water features for the kids. The hot tub was a good way to warm up in the morning before heading out for the day. Out of the way but not too far from things to be on a long journey to find things to do. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows. Smart TV, coffe machine, fridge and microwave in the room was a ++++.

Huge room, nice plush bed, the place was immaculately clean. A Free continental breakfast rounds the stay out. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Situated close to I-90 in Billings Mt. A great place to stay

Thank you so much for everything!! We arrived late and Tammy was so pleasant and helpful. The handicap accessible room is hands down the best I have ever been in with the many grab bars, elevated seat and shower access. Housekeeping....I love you gals! I spilled something & talked with a few ladies about it. They assured me their vacuum would take care of it. Will definately stay here again!
